Funds from the Department of Developmental Services via North Bay Regional Center were utilized in order to support individuals moving from Sonoma Developmental Center.

NBHC actively manages this  property and rents directly to family with member with intellectual-developmental disability.

Suisun city

Project type:  Acquisition and Rehab​

Project Description:  3-bedroom, 2-bath single family home

NBHC worked with the City of Suisun to acquire and to rehabilitate this property.  In addition, funds from the Department of Developmental Services via North Bay Regional Center were also utilized in order to support individuals moving from Sonoma Developmental Center.

NBHC actively manages this  property and rents directly to two individuals with I/DD who receive support services from North Bay Regional Center.

Fairfield

Project type:  Master lease​

Project Description:  3-bedroom, 2-bath condo

North Bay Housing has long-term master lease with the City of Fairfield.  It is responsible for all maintenance and HOA dues.

NBHC actively manages this  property and rents to two individuals with I/DD.
