* Support individuals and families in gathering information and understanding of possible living arrangements and help in establishing a general direction, consistent with their values, preferences, goals, and resources. North Bay Housing Coalition is vendorized with the North Bay Regional Center to provide these services to consumers. Speak with your caseworker if interested and let him/her know that NBHC’s vendor number is PN0212.

* Person-centered planning:

-- Planning, facilitation, and graphic recording

-- Assistance (and support) in developing and nurturing a personal network or circle of support/friends

* Fiscal Intermediary Services

* Future Living Arrangements Course
